Teach & Be Taught

For each event, the Northern Lights organizing committee provides workshop space to presenters free of charge for topics that are outside the criteria of the conference program. Workshops encompass a wide range of topics and interests of relevance to the North, and approved sessions are promoted on the Northern Lights schedule of events.

If you have a topic you would like to present as part of the Workshop program, please complete the Request for Workshop Space Form, or contact Lauren Nevin for more information.

Conference Information

The Northern Lights Business & Cultural Showcase is designed to profile Eastern Arctic & North business, industry, history, and culture. With thousands of attendees and hundreds of exhibitors, the conference is an excellent venue to learn more about what makes Canada's North unique and grow your northern network. No matter what you're interested in experiencing at the event, our host of options has something for everyone. Business and industry interests can be explored at the conference, on the tradeshow floor, and during workshops. For those looking to experience the culture and history of Eastern Arctic & North regions, our Arts & Cultural Pavilion will be busy throughout the event with demonstrations and displays from up and coming and established artists, craftspeople, and performers.
