Payment is due upon registration. Cheques must be received within two (2) weeks of registration and prior to the event. A full refund less a $100 administrative fee will be provided for cancellations received in writing on or before December 29, 2017. Cancellations received after that date will not be eligible for a refund.
Booth Space Assignment
Booth fees do not include guaranteed space selection. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, event management reserves the right to assign spaces as necessary and cannot guarantee booth locations.
Please note that all attending Northern Lights do hereby give permission to event management to use any photos taken during the event which contain their likeness in any respectable manner, without compensation. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of these photos in promotional material in print or electronically.
I hereby acknowledge Northern Lights (including Baffin Regional Chamber of Commerce and Labrador North Chamber of Commerce) is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items pertaining to exhibiting at Northern Lights, whether during the event or in transit.
